I take a lot of flack for saying Lebron is at least as good as Jordan was.
It is not an insult to Jordan. To be mentioned in the same sentence as Lebron is an incredible accomplishment. As a matter of fact Jordan is the only player you can mention in the same sentence with Lebron.

So what I am saying is its laughable that anyone would say Kobe and Jordan were equal or close to equal.

Its just not the case.
No disrespect to Kobe.
He is one of the top 3 or 4 players I have ever seen.

But there is a big gap between #2 and #3

As you are aware, I feel the same way at this point in LBJ's career. I feel he is as good as Jordan was at this time in his career. We are in the minority and that's ok with me.

8 points per game over their whole playoff career is pretty crushing.... but yeah, Jordan beats him in 95+% of all categories, but doesn't crush him in every one.
