Very SIMPLE guidelines!!

Some very SIMPLE guidelines I like in sportsbooks and wish more would strive for.

1. Fast Neteller deposits(less than 10 miniutes) and withdrawls (less than 2 hours) 7 days a week.

2. Short and simple account numbers and passwords. example- no account numbers like JKES1939023

3. No time-outs for at least 90 min.

4. Clear english speaking clerks

5. Lines up on all major sports by 8am EST(Not even asking for overnights)

6. Manager or owner on duty during business hours.

Feel free to add your own SIMPLE guidelines you would like to see more of from sportsbooks.

I would add the following to number 1...."365 days a year including owner/manager vacations."

Basically, if they will accept a deposit from me on a particular day, I want them to be available to pay me on that day as well if I choose to cashout.

7. Clear withdrawal procedures where the player is grandfathered by the policy in place during initial deposit. If said player does not want comply with "new" procedures pay him the full balance and ask him to leave the book.

It is astounding to this observer how some home pages of certain books make it SO hard to find simple information.

Some books make you feel like Sherlock Holmes by the time your done.

Good Lists except #5

8am EST is too early and unneccesary, 10.30 am EST is more than early enough. Some BM's Stay till the west coast halftimes that go off at 12.15 am and to turn around and reload lines at 8am is too much to ask for, especially when nobody is betting at that time. The rest of the list is perfect, just my 2 cents.

THE books that I currently play at have no defined explanation of:

Whats an "If Bet"
"Spl Teaser"
"Round Robin"
"Reverse Bet"


I'm not looking for an explanation here, just hoping that sites would set a page aside for definations/ explanations of these bet types and the odds of them.

Lines up earlier the better in my opinion...I like to check things out before work at around 6am eastern....i dont get off work till 630pm & cannot get home in time to play so appreciate the chance to play in the morning...

I would also appreciate courteous respectful cx service. i work for a large cellular company so I know all about Cx service...i also know that i do not usually get it when calling the books (exception B365...)

Good list Fish but personally I like overnights on the list too. Geez even if you circle the games let us take a shot at some early lines. I like to sleep in and get the majority of my work done the night before.....

Agree on the customer service too. Don't need my salad tossed every time I call but nice to have a decent conversation with someone.
