Thanks Michelanglo for the words and that goes to each one here that gave me thoughts on Bandit, it mean a lot to me and i hope i can say we are all online buddies.i try very hard to overlook these type of people but at times i cant look the other way, im so stress out today, i just want to get in my car and just get away from the empty house here.the only other time i had to put my dog down, i drop him off on a friday morning came home and pack a bag and just got away for the weekend.ok enough about my crap here, thanks again guys

Sorry for your loss, I know how you must feel..I have had cats, and it is always the hardest thing to do to put them down, but I am always there with then when it happened..You will be together again some day!

That is a hard call. My cat died years ago and swore I wasn't going to get another one. Then I found a half starved stray. Took him in and nursed him back to health. He's been a close companion ever since.

Bandit for 15 yrs plus every step i made in the house he was right behind me.old age has caught up to him and i just cant stand to see the pain any longer.This is the 2nd time in my life i have to do this and it just so damn hard..

Been there, more than once. I feel your loss. Another dog is the best thing, trust me. Go to a local shelter and get one. You'll see what I mean once you there and see them. When you pick one just tell yourself "this dog just won the lottery"

Easygoer yes several people here in real life told me the same thing, just not sure at this time i can do it, it was like 5 yrs between my 1st dog and Bandit
