Any recommendations? Taking a lady friend there for her birthday... Will be at Vdara for the 23rd/24th and then the Golden Nugget for the 25th. Also, what's the best sushi spot in town?

I am not vegetarian but one of the best vegetarian restaurants and my favorite Thai place in Vegas is Komol. The Thai is the best I have had anywhere and I have heard the vegetarian menu is really great as well.

Any favorite spots for you fellas near City Center/Bellagio/Aria/Caesar's etc? Not necessarily vegetarian, just places I should check out. We're going to do a dinner at Picasso one night, and check out those two spots mentioned above, but aside from that I still haven't narrowed my search much.
