If not for an 82-yard punt return for a score, the Heels might have lost the game. Rutgers, coming off an 8-win season where it averaged almost 33 ppg, had a rough time against a very good Fresno State team. Be advised, North Carolina is NOT your mother’s Fresno State…and this is NOT basketball.

Look for both teams to put up enough points here to fly over the total.​

Thanks, I think more luck will be needed to hit the over then under. Rutgers will run the ball and drain clock

I'm getting 47.5 UNDER > A little worried.. just hoping Rutgers doesn't clean them up too well. My local has 6.5 so I don't doubt another locah has 7
