Van Halen rumor, playing at Super Bowl Bash?

Anyone else heard this?

Sammy and Michael Anthony are teaming up at the Super Bowl Bash...and the rumor is they will announce the reuniting of Van Halen (with Sammy Hagar as the frontman!)

I cannot believe these guys have disappeared for the better part of a decade! Bring back Sammy ,Eddie and co. and start kicking some ass again! These guys were the best....This would be a big shot in the arm to my musical interest...

Van Halen with Sammy fronting them! Yes!

Sam is by far the better voice...I could not imagine Roth even doing the songs he once did....No comparison talent wise...

I live in Houston and Van Halen wont be appearing anywhere.

Hagar has a benefit concert in his hometown of Cabo San Lucas that weekend. I know because I am a big fan as well, although I did love David Lee Roth.

I actually like Sammy Hagar as a solo artist, I have seen Hagar in concert about 7 times including 2 times in Cabo San Lucas.


I doubt anyone from these forums will make it to Cabo, but if you do, make SURE to go to CABO WABO! That is the club partly owned by Sammy. Sammy also has his own brand of Tequila, but it sucks, dont waste your money on that
