So beginning a 3 week vacation lets see if we can make some money

Going to start with

901 Chicago Cubs/Miami Marlins Under 9 -117*

Montgomery has been spot starting and has a good ERA and BAA YTD and ditto for 2016

Marlins lineup seen very little of and I am leaning on this

Montgomery's stellar June, featuring a 1.96 ERA and 1.15 WHIP. Much of the lefty's success is from a 61 percent ground ball rate, one of the highest in the league. Marlins hit the most grounders off left-handers of any team in the league. Not only that, the Fish are near the bottom in terms of hard contact versus southpaws.

E Volquez has the best home BAA .179 and he is freakishly good vs.

VOLQUEZ is 7-0 when starting against CHICAGO CUBS with an ERA of 3.16 and a WHIP of 1.484.His team's record is 11-0

Still working the drawing board more plays to follow

Marlins Park The Over has gone 17-14 with the roof closed in Miami this season, and 5-1 with the roof open.

CLOSED roof and walls for this afternoon's series finale with the Cubs.

903 Cincinnati Reds -1½ +200*

We have Werth and Eaton on the DL and Zimmerman and Wieters are sitting today.

When a total is high I like to bet reverse RL I am seeing 10.5 at some shops.

Feldman was dependable but came up empty with a no-decision on Monday vs. the Rays. He worked into the seventh inning before allowing a leadoff single in the seventh with his 99th pitch. Overall, he allowed two earned runs and six hits.

June hasn’t been kind to Roark. In four starts this month, the right-hander is 1-2 with an 8.02 ERA thanks in part to a .341 opponent batting average.

913 Colorado Rockies +151*

Dagnumbit the Rockies need to salvage a game and Anderson taking the mound as the stopper.
We all know how the Dodgers struggle vs southpaws
Tyler Anderson’s 5.75 ERA is misleading because that’s what Coors Field does to pitchers.
In Anderson we trust.

LMAO.....I jumped in the cab with ya on that Cubs/Fish total and played the Reds ML, liked that one, but Biggins, you're on your own with this, LOL. If it ain't broke, don't fix it and right now, it ain't broke with the Dodgers at home. GL

907 Pittsburgh Pirates/St. Louis Cardinals* Under 8½ -110

Going back to April these two hooked up 2-1 final.

Cards lineup is makeshift typical of Sundays I think it is going to be a snoozer.

Back tomorrow hell I'll be here most everyday till the break where I will be in beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe Ca.

Always hated the all star break at least I will be occupied and not working as we all know work SUCKS.

News: Greinke (8-4) allowed four runs on nine hits while striking out seven over 7.1 innings during Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies. He did not issue a walk. (Tue Jun 20)
Aside from the mistake pitch that Carlos Gonzalez hammered for a home run in the fourth inning, Greinke was mostly effective against the Rockies through the first seven frames Tuesday. Manager Torey Lovullo sent his ace back out to the mound with a 3-2 lead in the eighth, but Greinke was quickly pulled from the game after allowing back-to-back singles to Charlie Blackmon and DJ LeMahieu before Nolan Arenado roped a go-ahead two-run double off the right field wall. Greinke will look to rebound during his next scheduled start against the Phillies.

GREINKE is 6-1 when starting against PHILADELPHIA with an ERA of 2.78 and a WHIP of 0.909.His team's record is 6-3 (+1.9 units)

Nick Pivetta, RHP

Pivetta has looked like a different pitcher in his past two starts. He has struck out 19 batters in 13 innings. He has 10 swinging strikes on his four-seamer in each of those starts. His previous high in a start: five.

Pivetta is coming off a couple of strong efforts, fanning 19 with only three walks in 13 innings. The Diamondbacks are dangerous, especially at home. However, part of Pivetta's success is deception, so he should have an edge until teams start to see him multiple times.

Brandon Finnegan, LHP

This will be Finnegan’s first start since April 15, after spending over two months on the disabled list with a shoulder injury. The left-hander recorded a 3.00 ERA in three Minor League starts in June.

It may seem risky to rely on Finnegan without seeing what he looks like coming off the disabled list. And to be honest, it is. But, the young southpaw draws a Redbird lineup sporting the sixth lowest weighted on-base average versus left-handers.

CINCINNATI is 7-2 (+7.5 Units) against ST LOUIS this season

Michael Wacha, RHP

Wacha hasn't made it through five innings in five of his last six starts. In his last outing vs. the Phillies, he allowed nine hits and five runs (two earned) in four innings. He won his only start against the Reds this year.

Wacha is frustrating from a fantasy sense, since his issue, unlike most struggling hurlers, isn't related to the long ball. While his walk rate is a little high, the real culprit is a bloated batting average on balls in play (BABIP). The problem is his hard-hit rate and line drive rate against are fine. It's cliché, but Wacha has been pitching into some poor batted-ball luck. At home in comfortable Busch Stadium, it's worth hoping regression begins.

Wacha didn't factor into the decision Wednesday, allowing five runs (two earned) on nine hits and a walk while striking out three over four innings in an extra-inning win over the Phillies. (Wed Jun 21)Spin: A couple of Greg Garcia errors behind him helped soften the blow to Wacha's ERA, but the right-hander still failed to escape the fifth inning for the fifth time in his last six trips to the mound, making him a tough pitcher to rely upon right now in fantasy formats that place a heavy emphasis on wins or quality starts. He'll try to turn things around Monday at home against the Reds.

WACHA is 7-1 when starting against CINCINNATI with an ERA of 2.38 and a WHIP of 1.137.His team's record is 10-3 (+6.5 units)

The Diamondbacks have won 14 of their past 17 overall and 13 of their past 15 at home. They are 28-10 at home, second only to the Los Angeles Dodgers for home victories.

The Phillies (24-50) are going the opposite direction, having lost 15 of their past 18 games. They have the worst road record in the majors (10-30), and after winning the series opener Friday have scored only three runs in 20 innings. Their two runs Saturday came on rookie right-hander Ben Lively's first career homer.

957 Texas Rangers/Cleveland Indians Under 9 -120*

The dominant showing has Carrasco sporting a 2.99 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 9.2 K/9 for the year. He's now allowed just three runs through 17.2 innings over his past three outings,

It will be Hamels' first start since April 26 as he returns from an oblique injury and comes against a Cleveland team that scored just two runs over a three-game series against the Twins last weekend.
