They will be favored in every game but will be beaten by Stanford in W2.
This game is a call to arms for both coaching staffs. A defining moment
in the season.

The Stanford rushing game won't' skip a beat without McCaffrey -- It
might even improve.

The Cardinal may have the best front 4 in CFB. It's just like David Shaw
too pull off something like that.

Where's the beef? Start there.

You think Stanford @ 7/8-1 to win the PAC 12 Championship has any value .

not when you can get +1000 (heritage) or +1020 (5dimes) :)

Would throw a couple of bucks on them on those odds.
Gave up on the Offshore hassle of moving money after the Neteller crackdown.
8-1 was best I have found in Vegas.

Usc is currently -8 vs Stanford right now, that should be a great game.
Conan I don't have a side on your statement, Usc has a winnable schedule with some undoubtedly tough games including Stanford, @ Wazzu and @ ND to mention a few. The 11/11 spot @ COL could have some interesting weather also. I feel like Usc has the best starting 22 in the country but lacks the adequate depth and coaching is questionable.

With that being said...
Yes Stanford has value, but as was pointed out get the +1020 that 5dimes has. That was one of the 1st plays i made this season (+1200 I think). I really like Stanford this year and also played the team total over which is currently around 8' -125.
I have also played Usc to win the PAC12 South at - 325 and is currently at -295 I believe. That's a slam dunk that I'm willing to pay the high price on (VERY cheap actually). I admit that I play it small so it doesn't use up all my precious capital at the leanest time of the year (baseball futures/props pending & football plays of all sorts) and include it in many small open parlays that 5dimes allows.

Love to finally see some good Pac12/ncaa discussion here.

I saw a video about 10 days late on Covers site around 7/22. Patrick Everson interviewed the head linesmaker from Mandalay Bay which is part of the MGM family of books in Vegas. They asked him which games showed some early movement and I had to rewind it because I wasn't sure I heard right. He said Stanford was bet down from 8.5 to 8 season wins. I thought I had struck gold but of course my buddy checked it out and it was up to 8.5 (-155) . Still think 8.5 juiced is playable but 8 was a slam dunk.

Great find by you Offshore guys on those generous Stanford conference odds.
Oh to have those Neteller days back .

No argument from me. Hell, USC has to replace nine starters from a team that lost three games
last year. Yeah, they should be pretty good but going undefeated is a STREATCH!

I also think UDub will win the Pac again this year.

I also think Chis Petersen is the best head coach in the conference.
Wouldn't waste too much on Stanford. I doubt if they'll win the north.

You can get Stanford at +10.5 against USC at Westgate (at least of of Monday night, which is when I played it)

SDF...you Horn's got rid of a terrible coach for a good one.

Don't under estimate what good coaching can do my friend.

Getting rid of the overrated Strong was a blessing for the Longhorns
and it will SHOW this season.

I was in Vegas 2 weeks ago and got the Stanford Over in Wins. I do have some concerns about QB Chryst coming back from that blown knee that he got in 3rd Qtr of Sun Bowl. Have not seen much on his recovery. Based on the series between the two teams of late, Trees (+Points) is very reasonable. Anything over a TD is a lot.

Conan, not sure the Trees front 4 will is best in nation with the loss of Thomas to the draft who was a disrupter up front. But we will see.

Need more PAC12 talk...

W2 Stanford @ USC

I want to add that the main reason why I think Stanford has a shot in this game is due to their domination in TOP.
If their offense can keep USCs offense off the field with 7-8 minute drives and they wind up controlling the game
thru sheer dominance in TOP on the field, this one could be too close to call. That is typical of how Stanford wins its
games and in W2 USC's offense may not yet be able to generate enough big yardage plays to offset that difference.
At any rate this game won't be an sort if walkover for the Trojans, Stanford's OL is key in this one.

As a Stanford fan I don't see them beating USC. I don't think Love is as good as McCaffrey. A 10 1/2 pt spread they could very well cover that...

Still liking the Cardinal. Can't decide if USC's defense is ready to play. But I doubt that the
trees will do unto USC like they just did to Rice. Nice start though for them LW.

Pretty disgusting.
They appeared to hang up their cleats in the 2H. Mailed it in.
Perhaps the loss of 2 big DLs had something to do with it.
Or maybe Gary Anderson isn't the right man for the job?
Pretty bad stuff,

As a USC alum, I couldn't be more proud about how the Trojans bull-whipped and dominated Stanford by 18 points today.
This should make all the Trojan haters think again about how talented this team is. FIGHT ON! Soumi

Incubus........its been damn lonely around here, as a loyal, lover of the cardinal and gold.

They won tonight, in a very un-trojanly manner. No 2 play, 80 yd drives. but long methodical drives the blueprint for how the tree has beaten us of late.

Wow.........solid, maybe great O-line........road grating an entire side of the field. Its a cliche to say, you could drivea truck through that hole, but tonite it was true.

The defensive line was ragdolling the stanford O-line.

Forgive the typos, grammar, syNtax etal, I'm too pumped up to even care.

remember Petes orange bowl, the 2004/5's 1st bowl in the Carroll era. We were expected to get smoked and we ended up scoring 56 or so and winning by 40-ish..........vs Okla. I'm starting to get a feeling this team gas a very high upside.

F I G H T ``O N !
