V Tech has a good Defense but ABSOLUTELY NO OFFENSE. USC has a lot od distractions against them but Pete Carrol is one of the BEST coolege coach's and being on ESPN as the #1 team ,he'll have his offense geared up in overdrive! They will score at will tonite and V Tech will have trouble crossing mid field. The only reason I see this game as a maybe under is cause V Tech might get shut out.

Although Randall completed 60% of his passes last year he will have to score in the air against USC defense! USC defense only let up an average of 60 YPG last year! They are awesome against the run. They let up some passing yards but that is fact due to having large leads and teams throwing alot more than usual trying to come back.

He is arguably Va Tech's BEST DEFENSIVE player, who missed the entire season last year due to an injury.
He is a SENIOR now and had 3 sacks against LSU in 2002...
He has been practicing extremely well and can make a huge difference against USC'S inexperienced Offensive Line with only one starter returning from last year...
I do not see this game as a blow out and I would be very carefully betting against Tech and laying all the points...
I am on Tech fairly large as this is a team I do follow closely....
