Wow....and considering a lot of the geniuses in here say USC by 4 or 5 touchdowns....this should be a gift.....Why do I get the feeling this is going to be a closer game than that?

-4 1/2 -5 1/2 invites 3x the action than it would at 7 if its "too low" cause if it opened at 6 - 7 it would still get heavy action, triple options make alot of teams look like fools esp on a home openor i can imagine..

LOL, while I give Texas respect that year, along with VY, that SC defense was decimated with injuries. This defense is not, and Pryor is no Vince Young.

I predict it opens above -7 at the rest of the books tomorrow.

If you haven't gotten in yet you still can get value.

I'd confidently pound SC up to 10. OSU's run D is garbage.

Oh if only an asteroid landed on both teams. Just gonna watch and see. Freshman at QB has me worried to lay it w/ USC

Barkley won't have to do much, just like when some new guy at the time named Matt Leinart didn't have to do much when USC went to Auburn,Al and played a highly hyped Auburn team (at the time) and the War Eagle got pounded in their own stadium----USC has lots of great RB's and a ridiculously sick defense

I see USC taking it to OSU. I was not impressed at all with OSU, maybe first game jitters, I don't know, but even with a true frosh QB, sC takes this easily. SC will not put Barkley in a position where he has to win the game for them, they will pound the ball, short passes, move the chains. OSU's Offense won't acheive much of anything on USC's defense.

I think that's a lame thing to worry about because it proves that you don't know anything at all about Barkley or listened to anything he has said. You think he's like every other freshman that has ever started before but he isn't.

:):). No but playing at one of the most hostile places on the road your 2nd week isnt easy. USC played a nobody first week. He hasnt proved shit yet. I dont care what he has to say, just how he plays. There is no value on this game which is really my concern
