Everyone NEEDS to watch this guy run...he just ran the 100 m (jogging) 9.92...

The guy was looking around and jogging...ive never seen anything like this guy...Im in awe ...Gay has 0 chance of winning this race

he can get beat...this race lots of stuff can happen as the start and technique is so huge with 0.01 0.02 difference expected...solid favorite Id say -400 or so

oh yeah, he can be beat for sure... But I've still never seen anything like that like I saw in his first 2 races, you hear of sprinters shutting it down over the final 20-30 meters, but this guy brings shutting it down to a new level and still goes under 10 seconds...crazy

You could have gotten Bolt at +150 before the prelims. Was it really that impressive to change the line that much? I saw the race too and he is fucking fast, and it was impressive, but no way he deserves to be that big of a fav. Powell ran 10.09 jogging the last 20m also. I think Powell wins, but Bolt will embarrass everybody in the 200m.

I agree Bolt looked unreal. How that jog was a 9.92 I will never know.

BUT, in the final, in such a short race, even the fav can go down with a bad start. -400 just too much chalk.

I'd feel much better laying that much on a big fav in a longer race.

Safer and cheaper to bet on the WR to fall. If Bolt breaks reasonably well he will surely run under 9.72 on this track. Bolt and Powell may both run under 9.72.

Bolt

Having run the sprint's at a fairly high level, i can say he is awesome. The only thing that may get to him is he does not get the best of starts due to his almost nine and a half foot stride.. His turnover is amazing though once he gets his legs under him. The 100 is a relatively new race for himand unless he gets nervous and tightnens up and starts pressing to catch the leader's it should be all Bolt and a new world record.
