Winner goes on to play for the gold, loser gets to play for Bronze. Canada's out and Finland already beat Sweden on home ice to advance to the gold medal game this morning. Game will be live on the NHL network at 10am pacific 1pm Eastern.

tough loss for you guys, I'm sure Americans hate losing to the Russians just as much as we do in Canada.. You guys put it to them in the third period but just couldn't quite tie the game... I mentioned in an earlier thread I didn't think the US or Canada would get to the final because they never seem to perform as well on the bigger European ice surfaces but they almost proved me wrong. I think next year with the tourney back in Canada we will see U.S. and Canada in the gold medal game

USA won the Bronze convincingly 8-3 against Sweden. Now I just need Russia.
