Most of the Gringos we spoke to seemed to be very happy about the victory even though they didn’t actually watch the match. The lack of excessive honking and shouting of “Tome Gringo Hijueputas” were said to be a strong indicator that things weren’t going well for the Ticos. and thanks to the loss, the socks and sandal crowd were able to get to sleep at a decent hour.....continue reading at TheCRPost
