All the crazy amounts of money and resources being spent to keep those soldiers there you can spend it on security, on getting intelligence on any future attacks etc to prevent atttacks. If God forbid there ever is an attack, then you go and hunt down that group that was responsible and you fuck them up.
How many average, mild mannered, non violent men or young boys do you think turned into terrorists after witnessing this cowardly act by the soldier that shot down those civillians or other cases of injustice by American soldiers? I don't know. But I bet these terrorists will join a terrorists group and hate on America not for their freedom, or in the name of the Quran, it's because they just lost a friend or family member or fellow villager for no good reason and they are in a state of rage.
