Problem is how does a new neteller build its reputation so that books will trust them with millions. Omega and window whatever both failed...
Paypal built its reputation away from gambling because it was x.com - a U.S. bank with FDIC backing first.
Neteller slowly built its reputation while paypal was still around.
It is nearly impossible for a new processor to open up shop with 100 books that trust it.
The only way I see this happening is if 10-20 of the big books get together and create a processor.
Likewise, if one respected owner (WSEX, Olympic, Pinny) opened a transfer system, it would obviously prosper.
