...sorry, Domers - your tradition is just too outdated.

...looks like Meyer is headed to Florida. I feel Utah is being bamboozled, but that's the nature of big fish needs to eat little fish.

The state of college football is changing. All the warm weather talent in Cal, Tex, and Florida are staying in the warm areas. So much for good ol' fashioned Nebraska, Notre Dame, Penn State, and eventually MIchigan and Ohio State getting top notch recruits. Why would all the blue chippers yearn for the cold climes?

you must be drunk or stupid....sports move in cycles....a team or conference can dominate for a bit but will eventually fall. Notre Dame and Nebraska will be back on top again someday, and including Michigan on that list is ridiculous.

Bubba..that is just asinine to play Ohio State and Michigan on there. I'm trying to contain my laughter to a mininum. Didn't The Ohio State University just win a national title in '02? They just missed out on playing in the national title game last year only after losing to Michigan in the last game of the year. BTW..you'll see at least 1 Heisman won at OSU in the next 2 years...Ted Ginn...write it down. Ohio State has a top 10 recruiting class yearly. OSU signed the USA Today PLOY 2 out of the 3 last years in Mo C. and Ted Ginn. Tell me again how OSU is going to lose out on the top recruits? LMAO
The states of Ohio and PA, western in particular puts out and plays some of the greateast high school football in the country with TOP notch recruits year in and year out. Amazing how Urban Meyer has the clause in his contract to leave for Ohio St, (an Ohio boy) Michigan, and Notre Dame. The state of Ohio has put out the BEST college coaches in the game compared to any other state. I'll assure you of that. Just a short list...Stoops, Coker, Tressel, Hayes, Parasigian, Holtz, Schembechler, Coughlin, I'll stop there. Michigan has 2 stud freshmen at running back and quarterback. Notre Dame might be down but I can tell you that eventually they will be back. Money talks and their alumni association will cough up the $ to get things right in South Bend sooner or later. :hitting:

The sunbelt states (south of missouri) and west coast have dominated national championships the past 25 years. Ohio State (02), NDame (88) , Nebraska (mid 90s)have only won a few. Sure Michigan , Penn State, Nebraska had their powerhouse eras, but they've dwindled. HOw can you argue Dame, OhioState, Michigan, Pennstate are as good, and will be as good, as the sunbelt/west coast. What have you done for me lately? Practically nothing.

The states of Florida , coupled with sunbelt states Oklahoma and California have won a TON of nat'l championships lately. Michigan hasnt won one in a loooongggg time, and will still be out recruited by florida and sunbelt schools. Put down the drugs and liquor if you think you have a good argument dipshit
