I know your all going to say "no there a good book" and thats what i have thought until today. I made a deposit yesterday using there 900pay system won the bet and requested a withdrawal today(just a small amount)I was told I needed to send in my phone bill to show I have paid for it. I told the lady that i had just paid my phonebill two days ago so I want get one till next month, can i send the one I just paid, she said no i will have to wait until the next one for this payment. I understand this policy, but i have been with them for over a year and pretty much use there 900pay system every month and have paid it everytime. I am not trying to rip them off I have been an honest customer. I am sure they don't care but they have lost a customer for life for a small amount of money they could have paid me without this bullshit.

I just tryed to log into my account and it just keeps taking me back to the home page not the page that tells you how much money you have. what BETCRIS are you just going to take my money now. RPM and Joey C I didn't ask a question or for suggestions i just wanted to let bettors know of this

I do understand what your saying RPM, but at least do It by individual customers. I would think it would take 2 seconds to bring up my deposit history and see that I use this pretty much every month and have paid it everytime for probably over a year. And if i wouldn't have paid it one time wouldn't they have already cut me off. Seems like a dumb reason to lose a customer, but I know they don't need me anyway.

blaze, i think your best bet is to calm down. contact them and find out why you cant access your account. betcris is not going to "steal your money"

RPM do what you want, call them yourself and check,I had every attention to pay my bill and still will i said i will cut my losses like a man. I have only said 10 times that i have used this method for a year every month and have paid everytime i just don't see why they couldn't give me a break I have been a very loyal customer i was posting this for gamblers to see.
