SportsOptions has the best if you don't mind paying.

There are numerous free ones online but most aren't kept up on perfectly. What sports were you looking at? Here's a decent free one from CBS:

Moon if you want up to the minute injury reports nothing is really going to beat following twitter. Just make an account, follow like 75 beat writers, team PR accounts, etc

Joe Johnson missed Sunday's practice with flu-like symptoms, and should be considered questionable to play on Monday vs. the Cavaliers.
This does not look good for the Nets, and we will be sure to follow this story closely. We'd bet that Johnson plays in such a critical game, but if he misses then we would expect to see a lot of Bojan Bogdanovic and Alan Anderson. Stay tuned.
