Leach is a hell of a coach. But his teams have typically struggled against opponents with really good defenses. Since starting at Washington State, in the regular season he has cracked over 500 just once... this past year. It could be a reason more people arent looking at him. Of course the talent will be different between South Carolina and Washington State. I'm not saying he isn't building something over there, just may be a reason he may not be getting looks from other schools.

the Cougars? Pretty much leaves lesser talent just like he managed at Texas Tech where
he won on a consistent basis against the Texas and Oklahoma crowd.

Agreed that WSU doesn't get high star recruits anywhere close to most of the conference. I have long said that Leach gets his players to play at a higher level than 90% of the coaches can. It is hard to imagine why bigger schools dont look his direction knowing his ability.

Linebets, I also have never bet these GOY bets but I agree with you on the +12.5 against Tennessee.
I would bet that line will be closer to 10/10.5 come game week. Hell, Florida's getting no respect with
these GOY lines. +12.5 at Tennessee, +6.5 at Arkansas, +2.5 neutral vs Georgia, +8 home vs LSU
and +11 at Florida State. A person who took Florida in all five games will come out way ahead in my
opinion.
