Have taken a few weeks off from racing. Had 4th back surgery two weeks ago. They had to do more than what I was expecting and then had some complications. If you need or are thinking of having back surgery, try and do everything and anything as an alternative before you do decide. Back surgeries breed back surgeries and now each time the scar tissue forms worse around my sciatic nerve. No Tiger or Gronk come back for me.

Truck race goes in 30 minutes, taking a quick look. Formula 1 off this week. NASCAR In Texas Sunday should offer some good ops.

Cheers!

Well, recovery from my latest back surgery has been the most difficult ever (getting old sucks). Will not go into details but dealing with an infection from surgery now that is wiping me out for half days at a time. I did miss watching most of the Monster Homestead finale but saw the good part, the last 50 laps. I did not have any opinion, but I apologize for not posting if anyone was looking.

Final Results in a very entertaining race:
1)Logano #22 (Wins his first Championship after coming up short twice before. A strong late season big playoff win to put him in this position)
2)Truex Jr. #78 (The 2017 Champ gave a valiant effort for the small Denver based team who was looking to go back-to-back. Truex will join Gibbs in 2019)
3)Busch #18 (The 2016 Champ did not have the car all day, but do to strategy ended up leaded the restart with about a dozen to go. He quickly gave way)
4)Harvick #4 (The 2015 Champ was in the mix all day and led some laps, but even post-race he said they just did not have the set-up or speed to win)

This leaves only one race left in the 2018 Season, the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix tomorrow morning at 8 AM EST. If I have a play I will post well before the race, early Sunday morning.

Cheers!

I woke up to post a match-up and a winner for the Grand Prix but apparently fell back to sleep this morning. Thankfully I did not post, nor did I execute any investments. I though Bottas had a great chance to win with all things being equal, especially since Hamilton owed him one from a month ago. Well, he finished fifth and was never a contender while Lewis won his 11th race of the Season.

The match-up would have been something I normally do not do involving second/third tier driver/teams With hulkenburg +100 vs. Ocon. Nonetheless, both would have and did lose.

Thanks, Indy. I wish I could say all is well, but after several back surgeries on my sciatic nerve things are not good. I no longer have feeling in my feet. I can walk but it is like walking on stubs. Not complaining, it could be worse, but I preferred the pain.
