Talk about getting bent over backwards. No shit talk from this team, just class. Pete Carroll says he's not worried about the BCS, he has a game against UCLA to get prepared for.

Last week USC pulled their starters on the first drive of the 2nd half. Still won 45-0. They would have put 70 on the board if he let his offensive starters stay in the game. With a bye week on deck, USC will let the starters roll deep into the 4th Quarter against a team that has absolutely nothing working offensively.

You want to win money...Bet USC minus whatever. Carroll knows his team is getting ****ed in the BCS...and he is reveling in the fact everyone..journalist and coach alike... are talking about it. He will let his team destroy UCLA this weekend. I would not be suprised one bit of USC pitches another shut out.

My prediction....

USC 43 - UCLA 7

I would wait for the OSU-Michigan game before I put money on this game. That game goes at noon (EST) and will be over by the time the USC game starts.

The question is: How will he result affect USC? Will a Michigan win put them in a letdown spot with a big sigh of relief?

USC's B-Team beats UCLA by 21.5. No way USC takes any chances, even if Michigan wins. There's no guarantee if Ohio State loses that LSU, with two tough opponents and the SEC championship team against perhaps a BCS ranked team, won't leapfrog USC.

USC is gelling, similar to last year, even through some major defensive injuries. Carroll has the team focussed to win won game at a time and let the chips fall where they may.

They better not let down vs. Oregon State because OSU has the offensive weapons to expose USC's holes in defense.

184...the total net yards UCLA accumulated on the vaunted defense of the Fighting Illini.
