SFA and NorIowa coaches (and Purdue and a few others) do the dumbest things. They slow down on offense with the lead and wait until 10 secs on the shot clock to start the offense. This allows the other team to rest. Then they heave up a contested shot and rush back to play dee.

If the team simply works their offense it will take at least 20 seconds to find an open shot...hence the other team has to exert effort, you get an open shot, and you work the clock down. Just dribbling the ball at half court is pointless and very dumb in many cases.
