Clinton probably has had thorough doctors for years. You must figure the doctors had picked up some problems in his arteries, years ago. The timing of his heart surgery is suspicious. But then again, maybe not.

I'm no expert on heart problems, but isn't it rare that a person is immediately sent into by-pass surgery without trying some blood-thinning medicine?

Sounds like it is pretty serious...I hope everything turns out well.

I could only assume what that moron from NJ posted about a man having bypass surgery. I guess I will never know, because it was pulled. Goes to show you where these ( NJ Sports) people are coming from. I suggest, NJ, go find that rock you crawled out of, and go crawl back under it.

I guess it's OK for wishing death upon a V.P. (Cheney in an earlier thread by Lander), but not an ex president. I'm sure it had nothing to do with politics, as I haven't been able to detect Wilheim's allegiances in that regard.

Somewhat different issues. Blood thinners are used to reduce the likelihood of blood clots, heart by-pass deals with reinstating normal blood flow to the heart muscle when it is reduced by clogged arteries obstructed by fatty deposits.
