Unethical practices by WAGERFREE.COM?

Upon asking Garet from Wagerfree.com several times to please explain what sort of rule this player has violated in order for them to just sieze his $13,850 made off of a $2700 deposit on February 20th, 2004, I cannot get a reason given. As well, the player was told last evening that if he took this issue to TheRx or MW forums they would confiscate his post-up monies. Please be advised and share with anyone who may have any interest in playing with this group of people.

General,

As you have already posted in the other thread, there is no legitimate reason for this operation to confiscate funds.

Garet claims the player broke the rule of buying wagers against previous bets. He says scalping and middling "will get you thrown out of our club".

The player says this "rule" was added when he attempted to withdraw and they discussed buying good prices within a P2P system.

Regardless of their claim, if this was a rule they could void the last $200 wager and pay the previous balance.

This backyard operation welcomes bad PR saying "any press is good press". Hopefully this thread will serve as a reference for others discussing wagerfree. I'm sure their few new players will be thrilled to know, that after 30 days, they have a chance to lose all their funds.

I have asked that they be listed on our warning page and they will be listed as a No Pay book in our offshore sportsbook listing as well.
