I agree that would be very inconvenient, saves them a ton on 800 numbers though.

Down in CR the consensus in at least a couple shops is to either get away from the phones altogether or just make them available to bigger players. Look maybe for some of your favorites to cut way back on the call center within the next 12-18 months or totally get rid of it.

I never won here to see if they payout, and I dont plan on reloading either since the line will automatically move on you by more than 20cents when you make the maximum 1000 single transaction bet and then try to bet the line again for more money. The only bright spot here was the casino program let me win 13 banks in a row in baccarat.

Times are changing Code. Internet is 200% cheaper then having the phone service. Even a tiny phone service. If a book has a nice internet post up business they can stand to lose maybe 20-30 phone customers. Especially if they are a larger shop. In CR I know for a fact that the phone bills are outrageous. In most cases losing those clients who use the phones still will equate to a better profit margin with the fewer customers.

One thing I learned on my trip was the 21st century bookie is a smart mofo. The thing that a lot of people don't get is this is a business. I was there for a week and met many owners. Out of all of them there was one bookmaker. The rest were businessmen, software cats, etc. A businessman and a good linesmaker is a solid combo. That is what most reputable shops are looking to throw at you in the coming years....

homebets.com misleads its costumers saying on their homepage that you get vip points for every bet you make at the sportbook and at the casinos, well i made about $23,000 bets on their slots in 3 days and didnt get vip points from all my bets , so i tried to contact their support which told me to contact their cashier who know all about the vip points , i contacted the cashier about 5 times in e-mail but never got any response and the support cant help either but in the end i never got any credits from what im trying to get and they just told me that bets under $10 are not included and are not entitled to get vip points. So i told them that in tgheir homepage they say every bet at the sportbook and casino earns you vip points and they just say sorry about that but still the last time i visited the site they still saythe same , so thats why i say homebets is misleading their costumers.
