It depends on your resources .... but during 2018 (which I used for testing this) I spent a max of 256 units spread over the 6 underdog bets.

I started with 1000 units at the start of the 2018 season, and that proved to be more than enough.

However, I'm not saying that we won't need more than 256 this year ... .I'm just really financially conservative, so I like to have a bunch extra to always cover.

I've put a ton of data analysis and testing into this (over 1000 hours so far), so yeah, I have a paid (but cheap) email newsletter (site promotions forum), but also a free one that shares tons of results and performance data every morning.

That's a good question about units.

Here's what I include in my daily emails on the subject:

[h=4]Unit Notes[/h]During the 2018 MLB season, the most units I had to spend in a day using this system was 256 spread over 6 games. This year, that may be more than we ever need to spend, but it’s entirely possible that we’ll need more. Your unit may be $1, or it could be $100. Whatever you’re comfortable with is what you should use. If you’re financially conservative like me, start your bankroll at 1000+ units.
[h=4]Using less units:[/h]If you’d like to bet less than the units I recommend, that’s your choice, but I would recommend betting them across the 6 teams at as close as the same ratios (as the units I recommend) as you can consistently (e.g. every day, divide the unit numbers in two and round to the nearest dollar, etc)
