You hit the TT under 4 because its due, and they're facing a pitcher who has given up 4 runs each in the past 3 games he's pitched. Betting on NFL totals this year seems different than last few years. Defenses aren't making stops, redzone TO's and special teams run backs in every game. Clock management is poor, its rare to see a clean game anymore.
