After yesterday I can't bring myself to bet Over. Seems like its going to take a Week or two for these offenses to find their rhythm. 3 out of 4 meetings between the 2 teams have went under. 64 points seems like a little too many. What u guys think?

I hope you're wrong.....already taken the Over. Why? Toledo is West Coast guy........he has slowly implemented a West Coast Offense because A) he had Matt Forte when he got there and the best chance to win was to Run him, and B) He did not have the type athletes there to run the Offense. He should have enough guys in place to start running his style of play. Games between these two have gone Under because Tulane could do nothing. I think they score a few tonight indoors. I know Tulsa will.....

Mondo,

You may be better served waiting for the 2nd half on this one.

Quick Stats from last year:
10 of 14 Tulsa games had more than 64 points scored and 9 of 14 went over 70.

Tulane lost to Tulsa by 56-7 score last year. I think Tulane manages to get at least 20 this time, but can they hold Tulsa under 45?

Tulsa is starting a new quarterback so I can see them getting off to a slow start.....Tulsa also traditionally does not play near as well on the road. Tulane's already terrible defense (gave up 35ppg last season) is only returning 4 players and 2 of them are suspended for their first two games. I don't think Tulsa will have any problem scoring points and covering the spread, but the question is how many is Tulane going to score? I am guessing 35-17 Tulsa especially with the way the other games have started.....playing both Tulsa and the under. Good luck either way you go

Tulsa threw only 13 passes vs Tulane last year. They raped them on the ground.

Looking at closely, I would say forgo the total and take Tulsa.

I agree if you are only wanting one play then Tulsa is probably the best option, but its the only game on tonight so I need more action! I may add some more to my Tulsa play though the more I think about it.

Last 3 years Tulsa has won by the following:

06- 38-3
07- 49-25
08- 56-7

I will take my chances on the Hurricanes.

Wow, spoken like a future GA Hall of Fame inductee.

If you want action go see District 9, if you want to make money, bet Tulsa only.

Touche! Actually my totals have been my most consistent plays and my 2nd half under 28.5 on boise state/oregon last night saved my night, so I'm going to add a little bit more to my Tulsa bet and hope my play on under hits as well....

Funny, I was thinking the samething. Just didn't say it.

I remember when I started, I did it for the action. Now, if I am not profitable, I wouldn't do it.

Tulsa all the way did you also see that half of tulane's team has the swine flu. They say at least 2 dozen players on that team, which could potentially affect the whole team

Tulane is gonna SUCK

Looks like the line is moving, too...better jump on it if you want it at 14 or less

The under is the best play here. Both of these teams will be better defensively. Graham has been very pleased with the way his defense has progressed this summer. But they still have new QB(s) to deal with going on the road for the first time. I know they've been successful in the past with new QB's going on the road. But they've lost a little more of their supporting cast this year than in previous seasons. And are bringing back just 5 starters. Tulane has a new DC who is a little more agressive than the last one they had, and he likes to throw in more blitz packages. I'm sure with 7 starters back that Tulane will be a little better on offense. But they had basicaly nowhere to go but up from what they had last season.

How can they not be?

I just think Tulane has too many holes everywhere.
I agree that Tulane has a lot of holes to fill. But when the total gets up over 60 it basically takes two teams to reach that total. And I don't see Tulsa scoring 56 points like they did last season.

That i agree with, that is why I like OU/BYU under tomorrow.

OU's D is going to be a great this year, but nobody believes when I say it.
