i laid off this because i thought everyone was going to pound it, but most are going the other way or nothing at all. i love usc and follow them pretty closely. they just don't have the big playmaker to back the d up. seems like it should be a very close and ugly game. i fully expect them to try to lose this game.

going with fewer bets this week for more $$$. tired of this being barely above water stuff.

the close game saturday in norman shortened this spread at least 2 points. teams like osu who can run the ball and throw it over the top have given the ou d fits for quite a while now. that is why i pounded osu and the points last week. this cowboy d is terrible, and grier is going to have a huge day. the difference is the wv d. they are much more capable of shutting down this osu team than ou was. osu will come out jacked, and maybe even lead in the first half. in the end it will be a 2 td victory for wv, if not more.

i have watched teams go over the top of the isu d quite a few times this year though. i think that will be the big difference. every time texas needs a big play on a 3rd down or what have you, he will throw the jump ball to little-j and complete it. 2.5 just too good to pass on with texas at home.

ugly game, and stanford does ugly much better than just about anyone.
