Sorry, i was waiting to hear from the 3rd party.

Honestly though, i just don't see much of a case for you getting your wagers refunded.
I have asked a few other AB members to take a look as well, so, after i get all the info, i will ask them to look at it all again, and see what the general consensus is.

Tell me this, how did you find out about the 'rule' that would have prevented you from placing those wagers?

Not a major question, just curious more than anything i suppose.

Like i said though, i am waiting to hear the other parties side before i say too much on the matter. I am sure i will hear something soon.

Thanks for the patience.

what it says is In house transfers between two accounts can be processed as long as the sender does not have outstanding credit card deposit(s) that need to be refunded.
i paid by sportsbook to sportsbook and a one time rollover is nowhere mentioned.
that is another withdrawal pfact:
If entire deposit amount(s) are not placed on wagers at least once, any transfer charges associated with the deposit amount(s) will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal. [minimum five percent (5%)] Other restrictions may apply.

The most important fact is that they do not state that it has to be rolled over for a buddy transfer. i mean we were not talking about a withdrawal. the money would have still been with them and the rollover would have been something for my buddy.

O.k., thanks.

I will call again now, see if one of them has had a chance to look over this for me yet.

I know they were both out last night, but, i am sure one of them will respond.

I'm not saing you don't have a reason to be pissed off, i just don't think any book will actually "refund" wagers under these circumstances.

I'll get back with you soon.

thanks

thanks ub. they gave me wrong informations as i see it. it does not make sense that i had to roll it over and my buddy as well. i guess the guy who emailed me that was totally wrong. i asked my buddy and he said he would accept a 5 times rollover for the money and that would mean 28000 in wagers which is tough. in my first email i already mentioned that i want to have it on his account and not mine and the first time they came up with the rollover was after i had the money transfered by sportsbook to sportsbook
