20-5 o/u for the year with a combined .290 batting average per game.
Also, he is 10-1 o/u in the National League with same .290 batting average.

Meriwether is 19-10 o/u in the Astros/Cubs game.

Timmons is 5-19 o/u (wow!) in the Cards/Pirates game.

I took the overs in the Cubs/Astros game after I was reading the paper and saw he was at 1st base yesterday. I didn't have time to post here though as the game was about to begin.

Cash again.

Thanks.

For what it's worth, jimfeist.com had another umpire listed for this game that had a record favoring the under. covers.com had the same umpire that Dynamite had. It pays to check for sure.

Quantum, you don't have to wait for tomorrow. Just go to sportsline.com or espn.com (or whoever shows the boxscores of the games) and look for the umpires that umpired the game. They are usually listed way in the bottom of the boxscore. Whoever was the 1st base umpire will usually be the home plate umpire the next game ONLY if the same 2 teams play the next day.
Then go to either covers.com or letitridesports.com and look for those umpires and check out their stats.
There will be some games that will be the first game of the series and for those you have to wait for mlb.com to post the umpires. They usually post them within an hour of each game.

Thanks Dyno.

I've looked on mlb.com until I'm blue in the face. I'll continue to look on covers.com and now letitridesports.com.

Any idea what your record is on the umpire games alone?

When you look on mlb.com, you have to click on the little green baseball diamond icon next to the game (called 'gameday' icon) and when that opens up it will show you the lineups for the game. You need to scroll all the way down for the umpires. Like I said, these 'gameday' icons don't appear until its within an hour of the game.
As for my record, I really don't know how many of my post have won but I do know that 2 of my umpire postings did lose.
You always remember the losses. One was a Yankee game and the other was Friday in the Cleve/White Sox game. In that game the score was 6-3 in the 5th inning and that's how the game ended. Line was 9 1/2.
