I play poker almost strictly shorthanded and straight up games of Hold em. Is there another site that has 2 man sit and go tournaments? aka heads up no limit winner takes all?

ubet is probably the best site out there, just looking for some other options.

PokerStars has regular sit-n-go heads up tournaments for either 2 players (1 round) or 4 players (2 rounds). They also have bigger heads-up tournaments from time to time. On Tuesday for example they had a $200 1024-man NLH heads-up tournament. First prize was $40k.
