It is not illegal for you to cash or send money.

The banks are not allowed to send money to or from an illegal gambling place if THEY KNOW. The key is they don't have to do anything special if they do not KNOW.

BTW, I could not post on this board while in France - not sure why I was blocked, but mods might want to check on if people can log in when outside the US

This is exactly my point when it comes to cashing a check.. Sometimes the checks come from costa rica and it says it right on the check.. In that case, unless the bank teller is an idiot, they should know the check is gambling related.. Almost all offshores are costa rica based..
