Dear god ,what a place for a concrete wall. And, the other driver turned him intentionally. Could be a criminal prosecution of the driver, and definitely a negligence lawsuit against Mexican NASCAR (?) on behalf of the dead driver.
It was nascar actually, just a mexican division, but under the nascar umbrella. And did they really think a few water filled barriers would do anything at those speeds??
