Been hearing rumors Smart may start true freshman Eason at QB for UGA from a friend who is an alum and follows the program closely. Seems like this game is a real chance for an ACC team to get a win vs the SEC. UNC has that NCAA cheating scandal hanging over them but it seems like that shoes been waiting to drop forever.... UNC QB Mitch Triubisky is a junior who has played a lot of snaps with the first team behind Marquis Williams the last two years. Last season, Trubisky appeared in nine of 14 games, completing 40 of 47 passes for 555 yards with six touchdowns and zero interceptions. He added 101 rushing yards and three scores on the ground.

Seems like the Dawgs are only favored because of the SEC vs ACC angle and they are pretty much at home in the Georgia Dome. The teams have had all summer to prepare for this one.

Any pro-bulldawg angles out there?

I am UGA in this one. Marquis Williams accounted for so much of the UNC offense and just leadership last year. Ellijah Hood is solid but UNC defense can not stop the run and Georgia has two unbelievable backs and shouldnt have an issue running the ball making it easier on Eason. Theres no doubt that UNC offense was a machine to end the season but I think the loss of Williams and going against SEC speed with a defense-minded coach will trump and i see them winning by at least a TD.

I have to agree with Zack. I would say GA. low line of like 2.5 No Marquis in the game creating TDS when it should have been a lose of 10......

But god dang this DAWGS teams screws me so much over the last decade, I just cant take them.. So me NOT taking, means you will win easy
