Ali Bagautinov -145.....................................2 units -I already leaned the very hard hitting Ali, but it is a great play for me now with Lineker missing weight at the scales. Granted it was only a pound, it shows me a lot, in that these guys are Top 10 Flyweight contenders, and missing weight is a very disrespectful thing to do. This isn't Lineker's first time either, and this one may cost him 20% of his purse, and a beat down from a very solid opponent. Ali should move on up the ladder of the Flyweight Division here, and who knows, may face my homeboy, Justin Scoggins, eventually (2nd UFC fight just got announced for March 15th in Dallas, Tx).

Patrick +135.................................0.5 units -He looked absolutely jacked at the weigh-ins and ready to get it on. The game plan should be to slip the hard punching Makdessi, get this fight to the ground(his advantage), and grind on him for a Victory. here's to seeing that happen.

In other news, Tank's younger 18 yr old brother, Jared, fights for the 3FC(Tenn) Flyweight title tonight. Working his way through the ranks.

and I can't wait for Sara McMann. What can I say, my little hometown gym is producing. But the again, I've been told I wouldn't know talent if it hit me upside the face.

Scoggins is the real deal my friend. ATT doesn't take folks under their wings for 2 years unless they see Championship potential. The sacrifice is unbelievable, and its really unfolding nicely, to the perfect family to boot.

As for McMann, I will be the first to admit I am a little biased. Hell you know me. But, McMann is without question the best opponent to date for Rousey, and besides from Cyborg, may be the only person who can defeat her at this time. These are for sure, McMann is stronger,bigger, and has the wrestling base needed to keep out of trouble from the dreaded Rousey armbar. Most think it will take a legit striker to beat Rousey. to me it's been obvious she doesn't take punches well, but she closes and get the job done. McMann is not known for her striking, but she is better than given, and hits HARD. She also won't be afraid to take Rousey down. McMann did miss her last fight due to injury. All should be go. At over 3 to 1, it's value if I've ever seen it. More on the fight later.

I have to give Makdessi some credit in that his TDD was great, and he earns points there. Obviously Patrick wanted this fight on the ground, however, he did more damage on the feet as well. More aggression also. Easy decision for me...
