I see a more experienced Lesner this time with more octagon awareness, he physically man handled Mir with one punch but lost last time. Can’t have any injuries, he beat the shit out of Randy and laid on the crippled cowboy. He trains in no man’s land with no distraction, like in the old day with Roy Jones or Tyson in the Cus D'Amato camp locked up in the Catskills. Only bad thing I can say is Lesners' chin has been not tested and for all we know that shit might be made out of steel, his hands are freaks of nature like two giant hams, anything his hands hit, he seems to destroy.

I agree. And not to lessen Brock's win over Randy (randy is still in his 40s and has lost before)... but I think Mir's win over Big Nog impressed me/shocked me a lot more..

It's clear that the Brock fans are going to be pushing the line out there...but how much is it warranted at this point? I think it drives more value to Mir in a fight that I can truly see going either way...

Just curious why anyone would make the biggest bet of their life on a guy who already lost to his opponent who happens to be coming off the greatest performance of his career???

Odds are much to high on Lesnar. I personally will never bet on Mir again but this is way out of whack.

Cant really explain why im so confident in my bet. I was and still am a huge wrestling fan so im biased towards lesnar but i thought he did a good job in their first fight. He made a rookie mistake and lost. I follow lesnar alot more them most so i know more stuff about what hes doing. Call it a gut instinct but im 99.9% sure he beats mir. Frank mir is not going to knock out lesnar, its just not going to happen and mir isnt going to be able to take brock down. Mir himself has said hes going to let lesnar dictate the fight.

Nogeira looked sloppy as hell when fighting Mir. Basically made Mir look like a great striker. I don't think Mir can KO or take Lesnar down to the ground.

Mir wants Lesnar to take him down and has a huge advantage if they stay standing. Brocks best shot is to get on top of Mir and then he is playing right in to his hand.

In not downplaying Mir's submission skills, but I think they are greatly nullified in this situation. Mir executed on two of the key philosophies of the arts. Take what your opponent gives you and attack an appendage. When you are well versed in one fighting style leaning others is just about putting the the pieces together a little differently, you already have done 90% of the hard works; and the higher you get into the different arts the more they start to look the same. I think you are going see a much smaller gap in the jiu jitsu skill sets this time around.
