It's pretty bad and though Holly Sonders use to work on the Golf Channel can she ask any serious questions about how the Pros played the course. It really seems like Amateur hour with the coverage. This is the way it works right now sports sell themselves to the highest bidder. They are more interested than the money than how the event is covered on TV.
I can't comprehend those who choose golf the same way they probably don't understand why some of us choose tennis.

asked some pretty stupid questions. curt menafee has never set foot on a golf course before and joe buck is awful. they are all trying way to hard ..
one thing i do like, they seem to have the tracer on a lot of shots. CBS only ever seems to have it on 1 or 2 holes.

I've played both games. I used to play a lot of tennis, and I like the game. But the skill and strategies along with the different playing surfaces and courses make golf a much more interesting game to watch. Especially if you play the game and understand how incredibly difficult it is to play.
