i was thinking it will def free up the middle a bit. can only benefit the Suns. The line didn't budge a cent, but you would have to think his absence on the glass will be a negative when your going up against Amare and Shaq

I have the Hornets from early today...I would think that Suns Team total might be worth a look now since they should score at will down low

Why is everyone saying to go under in Suns games now? The totals have been adjusted accordingly and Nash is still Nash he will push it up the floor and so will Leandro. Not as much as they used to but I don't see that much of a drastic change for them

Porter has been emphasizing defense and working the half court sets. Think wants to send a statement esp in the early going that the Suns will be a defensive force.

Its not going to work...Nash does not play good Defense, CP3 is going to abuse him as always.

agree on that point. however phx realized they can't win with run n gun offense and brought in Porter to install a defense first approach. just my opinion, but it was obvious a change was needed. we'll see how it works out. like you said Nash is, and always has been a defensive liability. Being on the downside of his career also isn't going to help matters. how long will his stay in Phx last?
