I am still thinking what to do in the offseason after this week (wagering wise) now that Arena is done for a year. I hate the NBA, can't even watch baseball and CFL will start but in a few months. At least there is one game left this Sunday at 4:30pm.
It is the Probowl and yes it is an all star game. If you look at what happened last year there were a ton of points, especially in the 1st half. The year before, there was an odd 1st quarter shut out. The year before there were 10 turnovers and the game was a mess. This year I think we will have similar results to last year and this is my rationale.
1. Weather (no rain, wind will be no factor)
Sun
Feb 8
<!-- wxicon & forecast -->
Partly Cloudy
<!-- temps -->78°
69°
<!-- precip -->10%
<!-- chart --><TABLE class=tdBarChartTop cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0><TBODY><TR><TD>
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
78°F
2. NFC Starters. Normally the teams are mixed with a bunch of people that never played with eachother ever. This year Warner throws to Anquan and Larry and add Witten to the mix and AP who ran for 129 yards on 16 touches last year.
3. Peyton to Marshall, Andre Johnson and Gonzalez.
The rules with no blitzing, mandatory 4-3 defense should favor the offense. Can't see this one being low scoring with these starters firing away in perfect weather. Coming off the bench I think Brees and Manning for the NFC will keep it going. Cutler is a gun slinger, Farve should get his and Collins is a good deep ball thrower.
Final 2 plays of the season:
1st half Over 32.5 (40 units)
Will there be a score in 1st 7.5 minutes (YES) -200 (3 units)
Rebet @ -220 (3 units)
