We got off the cruise boat several years for Dominica. Looking for a bank to get a money exchange. One older woman came up to us looking for a handout. Even pestering us while we went into the bank. Kinda ignored her for the most part. Security guard saw all of this , and to our amazement the security guard came over and just decked her, left her lying on the floor. Man , they actually let this happen here.

We're not in Kansas anymore.
