Does ray donovan pick up .. I know alot of shows start of slow only watched first episode of season 1 basically put me to sleep

True Detective-its only a one season story so you can finish in no time. One of the best scenes, all on one take and
doesnt really spoil anything.

Sons of Anarchy-About a biker gang.
great writing, lots of action, memorable characters

Banshee-this show is like bat shit crazy , kind of a cross between a graphic novel and soap opera for men.
some of the best action sequences for television that I have seen and sex/nudity by someone fine every episode.

well if you like sopranos and the wire then go back and watch Deadwood, Lost, and Rome. i just started The Pacific myself...so far so good. Also House of Saddam but both are just 1 season deals. new one we're watching is The Knick which has been decent

for a comedy nothing beats The League...i believe seasons 1-5 are on netflix and season 6 started 2 days ago
