I think the game hinges on: can Dallas stop the Panther running game?
I think they can do enough on defense for a Cowboy win.
Other factor is the feeling that Carolina is due to lose, and not go 16-0.
Don't think they will go 16-0, so bet the boyz, and if Carolina wins, keep going against them for more until you win or go bust...
