Butler -8.5 - Butler comes into this game with 3 loss Miami, Providence and Xavier. The last two were both conference losses to start open conference play at 0-2. That really makes me like the Bulldogs here. This Depaul team is down and Butler has got to me very angry right now looking to right the ship. They came into conference play already beating two teams inside the top 25 in Purdue and Cincinnati. Depaul on the other hand has lost to almost every good/decent team they have played this year except for George Mason. Not only have they lost a lot of these game they are losing by double digits often. Butler comes into this game 7th in the country in ppg, 20th in fg%, and 73rd in ft%. Depaul is not inside the top 100 in any offensive or defensive category except defensive rebounding which they are 78th.. only problem is I forgot to mention Butler is 76th in offensive rebounding. Depaul is only 3-3 at home and should have a very difficult time against this Butler team. I'll take the angry Bulldogs all day in this situation. They win by dd.

HAHAHA holy shit was it rough trying to plow today.. Had a little bit left I wanted to try and get done that I wasn't able to do earlier since we've had so much rain. Thought with it being decent out last couple days, a little over freezing and not too much cold whether yet that the ground might not be frozen too deep... maybe a few inches I thought. I sure was wrong.. ripped a shank right off my plow ground was so hard already. Ehhhh oh well. Just more ground to work in the spring is all. lol... how many acres do they grow your maters on down in Mehico?

Kansas St +5.5 - Texas is a good team but they seem to be struggling without Ridley losing the last two against UConn and Texas Tech. Tonight is not going to get any easier facing a Kansas St team that is solid defensively. K. State comes in ranking 1st in nation in 3 or defense, 28th in points allowed per game and 68th in defensive fg %. This should make it very tough for Texas who is not ranked inside the top 100 in any offensive category and their highest category for offense is 3's which they 101st in nation.. Which I just said K. State defend the best in nation. I know K. State is not the greatest offensively but I feel like after you face a team like Wedt Virginia who is extremely well at defending the ball and causing turnover that you learn a lot from it. They should not feel near as much on ball pressure and traps as they did last game and if they do they will now be prepared for it. Look at VT after playing W.V. They turned around and beat Virginia a great defensive team. I believe that is because they experienced the defensive pressure just a game before and were better prepared. Give me the points here as I think we have a live dog.

Gosh darn it. 1-1 again.. Better than 0-2 right? Haha Butler had them in the bag early and couldn't pull away.. Had them again late and couldn't finish them again.. Oh well. Hope you guys had a profitable day.
