PLAY: (508) PORT/DEN UNDER 213.5
RATING: 4% PLAY

Three of the 4 games in this series have gone over the total so why do I want to take the Under here? Well let’s look at the 4 games in detail. Game 1 Denver was coming off a grueling 7 game series against the Spurs and had just 1 day to prepare for Portland. Denver probably was still celebrating the win over the Spurs and weren’t ready to play hard nose defense which they did in Game 2 sending it way Under the total. In Game 3 it was a 4 OT game so the total went well over the number. In Game 4 a lot of people expected a low scoring game because of the 4 OT’s the game before but I felt just the opposite as tired teams don’t play defense and the game once again went over the total. But now back in Denver with the series tied at 2-2 this becomes the most important game as the winner of game 5 in a 2-2 series usually goes on to win the series. I think you will see a huge defensive effort from both sides. It also must be noted that Denver following back to back games where they had attempted 90 or more shots are 18-4 to the UNDER in the next game this season. My projected total is 207 or less.

TAKE PORT/DEN UNDER 213.5 as MARCO’S 4% NBA HIGH ROLLER

MLB | BOS vs BAL

Play on: OVER 10 -110

Two poor starters go at it tonight when the Red Sox continue their series with the Orioles. Hector Velazquez is averaging just 2.8 innings per start in his four starts this season for the Red Sox, so the Orioles are sure to get into their bullpen early.

David Hess is 1-4 with a 5.72 ERA in six starts this season for the Orioles, including 0-2 with an 8.74 ERA in his last three. Hess is 0-3 with an 8.56 ERA in three previous starts against the Red Sox.

Velazquez is 1-1 with a 4.22 ERA in three previous starts against the Orioles. Boston is 12-2 OVER when revenging two straight losses where they scored 2 runs or less over the last three seasons. The OVER is 4-1-1 in Hess’ last six starts. Give me the OVER.

PLAY: (908) COLORADO -118
RATING: 3% PLAY

Two key factors have us on Colorado. First off this is a horrible scheduling spot for the Giants who had to play a Monday Game in Cincinnati and now play on Tuesday in the altitude of Colorado. Secondly Madison Bumgarner goes for the Giants and since the start of last season when he starts on the road the Giants are just 5-18. Note that when the Giants play on the road and the total is 10 or higher they are just 4-21 the last 3 seasons. My numbers have Colorado winning 6-4.

TAKE COLORADO as MARCO’S 3% MLB PLAY

Rotation #505-506
Raptors -6 over Sixers
The Sixers had a golden chance to take a stranglehold on this series and blew it in game four. Joel Embiid is too soft to be a team’s number one big man. This guy is always injured and on top of that this team has not played together for a long time. Toronto plays rock solid defense and should build off the momentum they stole in game four. It looks as if the Sixers have peaked once again under Brett Brown as coach. Kawhi Leonard is taking over this series. Take the Raptors.

I continue to be amazed by the sub-.500 Services that somehow miraculously can still find suckers dumb enough to actually pay for their selections, despite the continued losing, yet their selections continue to be posted on this forum and across the street, and people ask for them. I must be missing something. It sure would be nice to find a Service that can point to a record over .500 after even a week, perhaps a month. Maybe there are none.
