normally i only have 1 play - but here i am going with 2 - for a reason
the game i circled and was only planning to play was Philly @ Kings - even though the numbers don't support the play i am making.
the fly people have beating the kings 4 straigh overall, 5 out of 6 overall and the last 3 in LA.
but i will make an argument for the kings being the better team right now. LA is in the middle of a 7-game homie. they gave away saturday's game with bahhhhhhhhhhhhstahhhhhn - leading 3-0 and then giving up the last 4 goals of the game. to make matters worse - the kings did NOT get a SINGLE SHOT on net for the last 30 minutes of the game. serious.
because of that we get what i feel will be the kings' best and most focused effort to date.
in addition - the reason i LOVE the kings here is because of who will be in net for them
Roman Cechmanek
last season roman was a flyperson and when the team fell apart in the playoffs - the blame was (rightly so) placed on roman (the fact the flypeople didn't score (m)any goals didn't help, either. flyperson GM bobby clarks got rid of roman c and traded him to LA.
because of this i KNOW we will get a truly focused effort not only from roman - but from the kings who will want to win this game for him.
this one will be a hard hitting and nasty game. for those who can catch it on tv - do so (ok - after the marlins beat the yankees)

part 2 - is the san jose/anaheim game.
simply put i am going to fade anaheim EVERY chance i get until i am proven wrong. sharkey's machine has the egde in just about every single category - yet is only -120. once again - another example why the books are friggin clueless on hockey. one day the books will wake up and realize hos awful the (not so) mighty ducks are. but that point in time they will learn what we all know here by now - the DUX SUCK!
