My plays today:

Blue Jays +140 at Yankees - Halladay is 10-4 with a 2.99 career era vs. the Yankees and last year the Blue Jays were 2-1 against the Yankees when the Halladay started. Last year Wang was 0-2 with a 6.35 era vs. the Blue Jays. 1 unit.

Mets/Marlins over at 8.5 - Rick VandenHurk last year was 0-1 with a 12.00 era vs. the Mets and in two games last year when he faced the Mets the average score was 14 runs. Last year Pedro gave up 4 runs in 5 innings to the Marlins in a 9-6 Mets win. 1 unit. Play of the day.

Mariners RL -1.5 (+105) vs. Rangers - Hernandez was 2-0 with a 1.90 era vs. the Rangers last year with the Mariners covering both games on the RL. Padilla is 2-5 with a 6.26 career era vs. the Mariners and last year was 0-2 with an 11.00 era in two starts in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Seattle. Rangers are 0-6 in their last 6 games in Seattle. 1 unit.

Another losing night going 1-2 in MLB, but hit my play of the day thanks to Pedro's shitty outing making my season record 1-1. Halladay pitches well, but the Blue Jays only score 2 runs and when Joba/Rivera came in I knew it was over something I wish I could say with my Phillies. Pedro gets rocked and eventually leaves the game with another injury as the Marlins get a walkoff hr winning 5-4 hitting the over. Mariners only score 1 run off Padilla, but take the lead in the 8th looking like the RL will fuck me over again, but Hamilton hits a 2 run GW HR in the 9th. Maybe I should stick to playing totals as alot of good teams are getting off to slow starts.

Early leans for today:

Royals +180 at Tigers - Bannister was 2-1 with a 2.55 era vs. the Tigers last year. Doubt I will play though.

A’s/Red Sox under at 8.5 - Harden only gave up 1 run in 6 innings earlier vs. the Red Sox this year.

Phillies RL -1.5 (+100) vs. Nationals - Pretty much a guarantee I will bet on Hamels every time he pitches at home and he was 2-1 with a 1.97 era vs. the Nationals last year.

Indians -156 vs. White Sox - Carmona was 10-4 with a 3.32 era at home last year, but I want to see if Victor Martinez plays after getting hurt on opening day.

Marlins +160 vs. Mets - Perez had a 4.84 era vs. the Marlins last year and any given night he can pitch a horrible game. Andrew Miller will be the Marlins #1 starter by the end of the year as he has electric stuff.
