Huge win for me last night with the Angels. It's good to be lucky sometimes!! The great thing about the playoffs, however, is that one day you're pulling for one team, the very next day you're pulling for their opponent...
NEW YORK YANKEES -127
You can tell that last night's win did a lot for the Angels' confidence as this series progresses. If they lost that game, I doubt they would've shown much of a fight tonight. Be that as it may, they are still going to have a tough time putting up any kind of a fight against C.C. Sabathia. He is showing all of New York why the Yankees broke out the big bucks for him. He has been dominant in his two starts in the postseason thus far, and I expect it to be no different tonight. The Angels are riding Scott Kazmir tonight to help them even up this series. The bad part about that is that the Yankees are very familiar with Kazmir from his days in Tampa Bay, and they hit him extremely well. This is Kazmir's first start in about a week and a half, so chances are he will be a bit rusty. I look for the Yankees to come out a bit pissed off about last night's ending, and I expect them to take care of business in Yankee-like fashion today. BOL to all!!
