LOL. Since some of you are asking....let me explain.
I have a simple one unit bet on LAA. I respect CK's SIP plays TREMENDOUSLY. If I was not playing this game, I would have tailed his SIP for sure. But I really like LAA. I capped it and I like my play enough to let it ride despite the incredibly successful track record of his SIP's.
On a personal note, I wish CK BOL all the time and he does the same for me. I like the guy and since his play means a lot more to him than mine does in comparision (it's a 7* SIP play and thus is a bigger risk for him both financially and reputation wise than my single unit play on LAA), I would like to see him succeed.
I wager sports every day. There have been tons of wagers before today and will be tons of wagers after today. This is one single play in the course of a lifetime of wagering. And if it hits, then great, it hits. If it doesn't hit, then it doesn't. Not the end of the world.
That being said, since I normally look forward to CK releasing SIPs I want CK to be successful with his SIPs. It is in my long term interest for CK to be successful with his SIPs since I usually bet them. If his SIP corresponds with something that I am already on the same side of, it gives me the confidence to hit it even harder. If his SIP is on something I am not already on, I take a close look, and decide if I will play it also.
The guy is 10~2 this year on baseball SIPs! Why wouldn't I take an interest and root for these? But I have been lucky so far to NOT have a play on the opposite of one of his SIPs this season. Tonight I did. Decision time!!
Hence....I looked at my single unit play, decided I still liked my play, stuck to my guns and then sincerely wished him BOL.
By the way, have you seen my card? I have something like NINE plays going tonight.
