- Tucker Carlson will host the 9pm hour on Fox News, taking over for Megyn Kelly
- Carlson joined the network in 2009 and just this November was announced as the host of Tucker Carlson Tonight, which airs weeknights at 7pm
- Kelly congratulated Carlson on Thursday, writing: 'This is a great decision by FNC & I will be cheering him on!'
- Carlson started his TV career at CNN in 2000 before moving on to MSNBC, where he began hosting his show Tucker
- Martha MacCallum will replace Carlson at 7pm with a new show, The First 100 Days
- Fox News' Supreme Court reporter Shannon Bream will fill in for MacCallum on America's Newsroom while she hosts her new primetime show
